Description
We're looking for a designer who is excited to implement designs, research new libraries and techniques, and help develop best practices.
This role includes designing mockups, frontend development, web accessibility, and other tasks.
Education
College diploma or certificate in design or technology
Or
Applicable equivalent experience with design, graphics, arts, and technology.
Or
Applicable equivalent experience with design, graphics, arts, and technology.
Recommended experience
Experience with web accessibility
Experience working with clients
Experience with template languagues (e.g. TWIG)
Experience theming Drupal
Experience with Bootstrap/Tailwind
Experience using and site building with Drupal
Fluency in English and French
Preferably located in the Ottawa area
Required experience
Experience with web development and web technologies
Experience with editor software (e.g. Adobe XD, Affinity products, Figma, Canva, etc.)
Experience designing and implementing responsive and mobile layouts
Experience with HTML, CSS/SASS
Experience working with a team
