It adds inline content editing, views administration, block editing, a newer and much improved administration section layout and a great toolbar at the top of all pages. Here's how to setup it up:

Drupal's i18n module does a great job of allowing you to run your site in as many languages as you'd like. But there are still certain built in fields within Drupal that you can't change. Or at least it may seem like you can't. You can actually have different slogans, site names, mail out text, all sorts of goodies like that in other languages as well. Here's how.

One this that bugs me about Drupal is the lack of built in functionality for an administrative role. There's nothing more annoying that having to create a role, go into permissions, and manually check all those boxes every time you make a change to installed modules. Luckily, as with most things Drupal, there's a module to fix this.
